Welcome back! We hope you have had a wonderful summer and are looking forward to another great school year.


We are excited to invite you to Meet the Teacher Night on Monday, August 17, from 4:00–7:00 p.m. During this event, you will:

*Receive your child's teacher assignment.
*Meet your child's teacher.
*Visit and explore the classroom.


IMPORTANT: YOUR CHILD'S "EDUCATION BENEFIT FORM" MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THEY CAN RECEIVE THEIR TEACHER ASSIGNMENT.

*Click Next.
*Accept the Terms & Privacy Policy.
*Select Education Benefits Form.
*Complete the form and click Submit.


Please also review the attached Suggested School Supply List so your child is prepared for the first day of school.


The first day of school is Wednesday, August 19. We can't wait to welcome our students back and begin another exciting year of learning! Field day was a huge success! A special thank you to Mr. Scheese for the time and effort he put into planning this fun filled event for our students. Throughout the day, students rotated through a variety of exciting stations, including rely races, water, activities, teambuilding, games, sidewalk, chalk, Snow cones and much more. We also want to thank all of our parent volunteers who came out to help make the day run smoothly. It was a day full of laughter, teamwork, great memories for everyone involved!!

Congratulations to Ms. Bever and Mrs. Ellinger on their retirement! We are grateful for the many years of dedication, hard work, and care they have given to our school community. Their contributions have made a lasting impact on students, families, and colleagues alike. They will be greatly missed, and we wish them happiness, good health, and many wonderful adventures in this exciting new chapter of life.

Congratulations to our students who earned an Attendance Award! These students demonstrated outstanding commitment to being present and engaged in their learning by missing five or fewer days throughout the school year, including full-day absences and tardies. We are proud of their dedication! Way to go!

Congratulations to our amazing 4th Grade Safety Patrol members! 🎉

Throughout the school year, these students have worked hard helping keep our school safe and ensuring their fellow students get where they need to go before and after school. We appreciate their responsibility, leadership, and dedication to serving our school community.

To celebrate their efforts, they enjoyed some extra recess time and popsicles! 🍧☀️ Thank you for a job well done! 👏💜🤍💜

It was a great 4th Grade Finale this past Wednesday! Our 4th grade students took a special trip to the middle school to tour the building and get a glimpse of where they will be heading next year. Students enjoyed lunch, participated in fun team-building games, and had the opportunity to meet other 4th grade students from the elementary schools across the district. It was an exciting day filled with new experiences, friendships, and anticipation for the year ahead!

Westlake 3rd grade students had a fantastic time during their field trip to Jackson Allskate Fun Center! Students enjoyed skating, music, games, and a pizza lunch while making lasting memories with classmates. The trip also highlighted learning through the United Skates of America STEM program, where students explored science, technology, engineering, and math concepts in a fun and interactive environment. It was a wonderful day filled with laughter, learning, and excitement both on and off the rink!
