Full-time Infant and Toddler Teacher position. This position will teach in both the infant and young toddler classes.

MUST have Monday through Friday availability.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1 year professional childcare experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Team player and self-motivated
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Must be at least 18 years old.

CPR Certification is not required, but is a plus.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure the safety of each child enrolled in the class, whether in the classroom or on the playground at all times.
-Maintain regular observation and evaluation of children's development and progress as directed by administration.
-Establish and maintain lesson plans based on given monthly themes and curriculum.
-Accept and maintain responsibility on a daily basis, for the ordered arrangement, appearance, décor, and cleanliness of the learning environment of the classroom.
-Interact with each child on a daily basis through circle time, snacks, lunchtime, playground, free play, etc.

We are looking to hire a qualified Daycare Director to manage our day-to-day operations and establish and sustain a positive learning environment for children. You will oversee the coordination of education programs that comply with state and federal regulations, ensure that facilities are maintained, hire and manage staff, and manage the center's financial affairs.

The successful applicant will demonstrate experience in managing all aspects of a daycare center, as well as strong leadership and management skills. You should display a friendly demeanor, have a love for children, and strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment for both children and teachers.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure a safe, happy, and stimulating
environment for children.
-Oversee the coordination of curricula with staff.
-Ensure that center facilities are safe for
children and comply with laws and
regulations.
-Evaluate and purchase materials,
equipment, and supplies.
-Manage and support teaching staff and
promote their professional development.
-Interview, hire, and train new staff
members, ensuring they meet all policies
and legal requirements.
-Complete ongoing training and courses
to remain up to date on daycare
standards and procedures.
-Communicate and meet with parents
regarding their children and the center’s
policies.
-Manage and oversee the budget,
accounts, and tuition and ensure that
the center remains profitable.

Requirements:
-Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a
related field or Director certification
preferred.
-Early childhood education experience in
a licensed facility preferred.
-Comply with state and federal laws
governing childcare and able to pass a
required background check.
-Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
-Strong leadership, management, and
interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational, problem-
solving, and time-management skills.
-Friendly and approachable demeanor.
-Maintain a professional appearance,
attitude, and work ethic at all times.
