Each day, Monday through Friday, was filled with gratitude, fellowship, and joy as we honored the dedication, passion, and impact our educators make daily. Our teachers and staff continue to inspire excellence, build relationships, and create a school culture where students can thrive. 🌟

Thank you for the early mornings, late afternoons, encouragement, patience, love, and unwavering commitment to our students and school community. Park Forest Middle is stronger because of YOU! πŸ’«

Reading on the Lawn was a huge success! πŸŒΏπŸ“š

Our students were fully engaged and excited to dive into their books and rigorous activities in such a refreshing outdoor setting. From interactive read-alouds to partner reading and creative literacy activities, every moment was filled with enthusiasm and learning.

It was wonderful to see students connecting with texts, collaborating with peers, and enjoying the simple joy of reading in the sunshine.

Experiences like these remind us that learning doesn’t have to stay within four walls it can be meaningful, memorable, and fun anywhere!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special! πŸ’š

This week in Mr. Bethley's 6th grade Social Studies class students are learning why government is important to it's citizens, The Articles of Confederation and the difficulties that arose after it's ratification in 1781. Students also used the "C.H.U.N.K. the Question" strategy to break down political cartoons from that era helping them better understand what Americans went through during the late 1700's.
