Just a reminder that these are extremely dangerous bc they keep the head from moving the way it’s supposed to in a crash and put the child at an increased risk of severe spinal injury. They should never be used. Head slump is only a safety concern in children without head control- typically newborns (all about the correct recline) and children with special health care needs (dealt with case by case with a CPST). If you have concerns about your child’s specific situation please reach out to schedule an appointment.
