Each year, ABWA La Capitale recognizes one member whose leadership, service, professionalism, and commitment have made an exceptional impact on our chapter. Woman of the Year is more than an award—it's a celebration of someone who consistently leads by example, lifts others up, and embodies the mission and values of ABWA.

Since joining La Capitale in December 2021, Peggy has become an integral part of our chapter, serving in multiple leadership roles, including:
