Today, Aug 20th, 2024, the QIAGEN Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) training session was hosted by LBRN at the Center for Computation & Technology, LSU. The training covers a variety of topics, including an introduction to QIAGEN’s Ingenuity Pathway Analysis, data formatting and upload, result interpretation, RNA-seq analysis in IPA, Perform Pathway Analysis on ‘OmicData, QIAGEN CLC Genomics Workbench, and Mine IPA’s rich database for novel discoveries.
It was especially great to be able to exchange ideas with researchers throughout and at the end of the training, and the contents of the training were very research-related and immediately applicable, which made for great participation.
