Recently, two of our graduate students, Raelyn and Montanna, completed their Fit Meal project for their foodservice rotation at Our Lady of the Lake. They served a Mardi Gras Pizza and a Chipotle Chicken Pizza that were packed with whole grains, lean protein, and veggies! πŸ•πŸ«‘πŸπŸ€πŸ₯•
