LSU Staff Senate was honored to host the staff forums for the search process for LSU’s next Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs & Provost.

We appreciate the staff who joined in-person, attended virtually or viewed the forums at a later time.

Staff have been invited across the LSU enterprise to share feedback on the finalists. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete and will remain open through Wednesday, May 20.

- Feedback will be shared with the search advisory committee and university leadership as part of the final review process.

Join us tomorrow to hear from the third candidate for the search for LSU’s next Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs & Provost. Clifford L. Henderson, dean of the Lee J. Styslinger Jr. College of Engineering at the University of Alabama and a professor in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering.

Today at 10:45 am, we are hosting the staff forum from our second candidate, Joe Messina, dean of the J. Frank Barefield Jr. College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Alabama, where he leads the university's largest academic unit and oversees its core teaching and research mission.

LSU Staff Senate got to stop by Spring Greening Day. Where volunteers planted native greenery to beautify Himes Hall to on Wednesday (Earth Day) 4/22. Congrats to LSU Campus Sustainability and the volunteers for their efforts!
