When a community shows up for its children, everybody wins. đź’•

At Raising Angels STEM Academy of Excellence, we believe education doesn’t stop at the classroom door. Building strong children takes strong families, strong schools, strong businesses and a community willing to come together.

That is the heart behind our B & B: Book Sacks & Boiled Meat Back-to-School Giveaway + Open House on August 29.

We’re calling on our community to be part of it.

Donate. Volunteer. Bring your food truck. Become a vendor. Provide a service. Bring your organization. Bring whatever is in your hands that can help us pour back into our children and families.

Every book sack donated creates opportunity. Every volunteer gives their time to something bigger. Every business and organization that shows up helps our children see what community really looks like.

And THAT is the kind of impact we want Raising Angels to have in Baton Rouge.

We aren’t just preparing children academically. We are building foundations, creating opportunities and helping shape the next generation of leaders. That kind of legacy takes all of us.

What if the right educational foundation for your child was available at NO COST to your family? đź’•

At Raising Angels STEM Academy of Excellence, we believe the early years matter. These are the years where confidence is built, curiosity is developed, and the foundation for a child’s educational journey begins.

Through our partnership with the East Baton Rouge Parish School System, qualifying families may have access to our FREE income-based program for 3 and 4-year-olds.

But this is about more than free tuition.

Our little angels are learning in a clean, nurturing, education-focused environment where STEM learning and kindergarten readiness are intentional. We are preparing children not simply to enter kindergarten, but to enter ready to learn, ready to grow, and ready for what comes next.

That is the impact we want to make in our community: giving families access to quality early education and giving our children a strong foundation for their future.

If your child will be 3 or 4 years old by September 30 of the current school year, your family may qualify based on household income.

That’s the heart behind B & B: Book Sacks & Boiled Meat, our Back-to-School Giveaway + Open House happening Saturday, August 29.

We’re opening our doors for families to come together, enjoy good food, music, games and family fun, receive book sacks while supplies last, and experience the place where our little angels learn, grow and prepare for their futures.

Walk our halls. Step inside our classrooms. Meet our educators. Experience our STEM environment. We want our community to see firsthand what we are building for the children and families of Baton Rouge.

For Ms. Jocelyn, leadership doesn’t only happen from an office. Sometimes it looks like walking into a classroom, getting down on their level, sharing a smile, giving a hug, and making sure our little angels know they are seen, loved, and valued.

Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and academically enriched environment where children are loved, educated, and inspired to learn, explore, and grow. Through early education and hands-on STEM experiences, we are building strong foundations that prepare our little angels for school and for life.

Because at Raising Angels, we don’t just care for children. We educate them. We pour into them. And we help build the foundation for who they are becoming. ❤️
