The SDMI Software Development Team was busy over the weekend πŸ’»! The team has been working closely with the Oklahoma Thunderbird Challenge Program πŸͺ– for months, overhauling an entire cadet management and programmatic platform. β€œSTARS” ✨ was successfully deployed on Saturday for TCP’s July class of cadets on intake day. We look forward to the continued partnership with TCP, as well as our YCP friends in Louisiana who were state #1 to create the concept of STARS! We πŸ’›πŸ’œ 🐯 our hardworking dev team! They allow us to swiftly develop and integrate technology into just about anything.

June means hurricane season is here πŸŒ€. SDMI has been fortunate enough to be involved in the FEMA Review Council over the last year leading up to this hurricane prep. Today’s summit in New Orleans was a tremendous opportunity to bring together so many leaders in emergency management!

Flanked by local leaders, officials with the Federal Emergency Management Agency on Tuesday sought to assure New Orleans area residents that it stands ready to assist should disaster strike this hurricane season, after a year of staffing cuts and shifting federal priorities.
