La Printaniere Montessori School is an accredited Montessori school, approved by the Louisiana Montessori Association and the Louisiana Department of Education. Today, La Printaniere is the only approved school in Baton Rouge to offer a 3-year-old through 5th grade Montessori experience for your child. Our school is situated on a beautiful wooded two acre campus. Our children study outside in the

gardens and enjoy lunch under the giant oak trees---- a natural scenic environment that provides children with a walk through nature every day. All of our lead teachers have completed the rigorous AMS, NCME, or other approved teacher training programs necessary to implement Dr. Maria Montessori's vision, philosophy and principles of childhood development.

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our beloved former teacher Ms. Pam Masson. She will be remembered for her boundless enthusiasm, her guitar, green eggs and ham on St. Patrick's Day, and her dedication to the Montessori community.
