You’re invited! LSU Family Weekend will be held October 2-4, and registration is now open to all LSU Tiger families! Visit lsu.edu/familyweekend to learn more, view the schedule of events, and REGISTER NOW!

Registration is required and space is limited. Registration will close on September 21 at 4:30 PM CDT, or when maximum capacity is reached, whichever
comes first.

LSU Families can now stay informed and connected to campus safety!

Parents and family members can now receive LSU emergency notifications directly through the LSU Shield app. Whether your Tiger lives on campus or commutes, having LSU Shield on your phone is another way to stay informed about what’s happening on campus.

We encourage all LSU parents and family members to download the app today and turn on push notifications!

LSU Shield app emergency notifications are NOW AVAILABLE to individuals who are not affiliated with LSU including parents, family members, visitors, contractors and community partners.

To receive alerts, simply download the LSU Shield app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and enable push notifications when prompted.

We loved celebrating the first day of class with our Tigers over the past two days! More than 1500 Tigers stopped by our First Day of Class Photo Booth to strike a pose, grab a keepsake photo, and commemorate the start of another year at LSU. 🐯

There’s nothing sweeter than welcoming our newest Tiger families to LSU!

We loved meeting so many of you at Sweet Send-Off during Move-In Weekend and seeing our new Tigers and their families decked out in purple and gold. It was such a special way to celebrate this exciting chapter before families said “see you later” and our Tigers officially began their LSU journey.

🚨Collegiate Club Presale Starts TODAY at 10 a.m. CT! 🚨
The presale for student football tickets is open only to incoming LSU students (freshmen & transfer) who joined the Collegiate Club by the July 31 deadline.

Tickets are first-come, first-served while supplies last.

Encourage your Tiger to login to their student ticketing account and navigate to the "Student Tickets" tab at the top of the page. Purple Package: Includes Clemson, Mississippi State, and Alabama. Cost is $75.
Gold Package: Includes Louisiana Tech, Texas A&M, and Texas. Cost is $60.

The McNeese game will be sold to incoming students that are Collegiate Club members at a later date.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A LIMIT OF ONE (1) PACKAGE PER STUDENT.

Move-In Weekend is almost here! We are so ready to see our Tiger families on campus! Don't forget to come and join us this weekend for our Sweet Send-Off events for first-year families to keep making memories.💜

Swing by any time between 1–4 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday to cool off with a sweet treat from Jeremiah’s Ice, connect with other new Tiger families, and snap photos in our fun photo booth!

During the event, families can write a “Letter to My Tiger,” a special opportunity to write a message that will inspire and encourage your incoming Tiger as they navigate the transition to life at LSU.
