Our 5 and 6 year olds love this traveling exercise. And skipping backwards is a great skill and harder than they think it will be.

Another great exercise for coordination. It’s always a little harder than they think it’s going to be. The body naturally wants to clap at the same time as jumping.

🩰 We start this exercise with 5 year olds but it’s also great for 8 and 9 year olds. Try it in your class! ✨
