💰📚 Financial Literacy & Consumer Skills is officially underway!

This week, our ICS students kicked off class with Chad and Rose Olivier from The Olivier Group, LLC! We explored an overview of our financial literacy topics and jumped right into our “Budgeting Buckets” lesson—learning how to identify the difference between needs vs. wants and make thoughtful choices with our money. 💪

We’re building skills, confidence, and independence one financial decision at a time! 💙💰

ICS is on the Geaux! Yesterday, our Lead Peer Mentor Adam, led an interactive presentation for our students on how to navigate campus utilizing the Tiger Trails buses. After the presentation, the students grouped up with peer mentors and used their new skills to get from in Peabody Hall to the then to the to get refreshments!
