Our program empowers children to guide their own experiences through hands-on exploration, imaginative play, meaningful social interaction, and loads of outdoor investigation. Adults act as attentive facilitators, thoughtfully supporting each child’s interests and developmental pace while creating a safe, engaging environment filled with opportunities to discover, create, and connect. This approach not only builds strong cognitive and emotional foundations but also fosters confidence, creativity, and resilience—qualities that families in the community clearly value, as reflected in our well-earned recognition. Even though Mother Nature had a mind of her own (10+ inches of rain in 2 days = mushy 🍓), a few ripe strawberries were found! The weather was great, the smoothies were delicious, and we had the place almost all to ourselves! 🍓

Enrolling in our program means you are making a commitment to volunteer your time, talent, and resources. We call it "Co-op time" and we have a dedicated community of families who generously volunteer all 3! Last Saturday, 27 families came together and accomplished a great deal during our annual Spring Clean & Crawfish Boil. We are very lucky to work with such dedicated families. 💚 Thank you for everything you do for us!

We celebrate Valentine's Day in a very low-key way here at the Co-op. No candy or store-bought cards for us but in true Co-op style, we found a way to celebrate love in a beautiful way! A heart shaped sign, some squirts of paint, and lots of hugs! Happy Valentine's Day!❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜

Deer, bison, llamas, watusi, and giraffes, oh my! We love this up-close experience each year. It makes books come to life for our littles. For many of them, this was their first time being able to feel what the coat of a deer feels like, see the long tongue of the watusi, or have a giraffe eat from the palm of their hand. When animals you've only seen in the pages of a book leap off the page and lick your hand (7 years of good luck!), it's simply the best!
