What awesome week at Kimm's Institute of Self-Defense - Baton Rouge. We were able to get some great classes in, Dojinim Kimm came into town and we were able to help host a great seminar. We are so grateful for our students and Han Mu Do family.

This week we were working through the class getting prepared for our upcoming promotion test. Our Jr black belts are tremendous help and it is always nice to see the next generation enjoying Han Mu Do as much as we do.

We had another great sparring class this weekend. Working through some throwing and pinning with the upper belts.

Han Mu Do Sparring includes:

1. Kicking
2. Punching
3. Throwing
4. Groundwork

We had a great sparring class Saturday. Here are some highlight pics of our students competing hard and our referees getting some time in the center. We are so proud of our students' progress.

Han Mu Do is a traditional martial art. We study to improve our mind, body and spirit. This week we worked through sparring and techniques.

I know we are a week late but we had a great time at Han Mu Do North Carolina.

Great test night at Kimm's Institute of Self-Defense - Baton Rouge. We had a great turn out and a lot of fun. Congratulations to all the students who tested. Han!!!

Worked on some agility drills this week. We were able to get some good action shots.

Last week at Kimm's Institute of Self-Defense - Baton Rouge we worked on falling. Ran through some long fall and free fall drills. We were also happy to give out some Academic Achievers patches to some of out students who finished their school year strong.
