The Chafee Educational and Training Voucher (ETV) is open for young people in foster care (ages 14–26). Eligible students can receive up to $5,000 per year for college or job training.

Homeschool students can begin applying for TOPS in their 12th-grade year by either completing the TOPS Online Application or the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®).

Students, always remember to log into your Student Hub account to monitor your TOPS status. This is the fastest, most efficient way to see whether you’re eligible for a TOPS award.
TOPS eligibility information will be available in the Student Hub once LOSFA begins processing for eligibility in June.
