Cajun Cuities- North Blvd
We ended our week of learning about "Fall on the Farm & City" by visiting with the animals from Cajun Cuties! Everyone had a blast and the pony was a school-wide favorite!

Ice Cream Social 2022- North Blvd
This was North Blvd's first-ever ice cream social but definitely not their last! Since it was such a hit we are all looking forward to many more events in the future!
Thank you to all of our parents for coming out and making new memories with us. We loved seeing everyone and spending quality time together! Country Day School wouldn't be as wonderful as it is without you!

Our North Blvd big kids got hands-on STEM with Tech Stars! They worked with beams, axles, and gears and followed building instructions. Great work big kids!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!

Our Silverside location had a wonderful Ice-cream social last week!
Their families came out to enjoy a sweet treat with them. They all just loved being able to spend quality time with everyone. Thank you for spending the afternoon with us!

From the big kids to our babies we all love LSU! GO TIGERS!!

We had so much fun visiting with the firemen and policeman last week! We learned what a fireman looks like in their full uniform and that they are there to help you in an emergency situation. The policeman showed us how to use the lights and sirens which was so exciting! Learning about the heroes in our community makes for a wonderful school week! 👨‍🚒🚒👨‍✈️🚓

This morning at we celebrated our CDS Grandparents with a wonderful breakfast! We are thankful to everyone that came out and enjoyed this quality time with us. We are so grateful to so many special people that touch our lives.

A grandparent's love knows no bounds. It does not recognize bedtimes or curfews. It agrees dinner can be cookies and ice cream. It provides unlimited cuddles and kisses. It always has time for just one more story.

DRESS LIKE MOM OR DAD DAY!
This week, it was adorable to see so many of the Pre-k class looking even more like their parents. Some came dressed in sports attire, wearing scrubs, and several arrived wearing business shirts! During morning circle time we had all the children tell us who they chose and their personal roles in the community. It made all of us realize just how much these children look up to the adults in their lives.
