Dr. Despinasse is well-regarded for his expertise in several key training programs, including Stop the Bleed and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC). Through the Stop the Bleed initiative, he trains individuals to recognize and respond to life-threatening bleeding, emphasizing the critical role that citizens play in saving lives before professional help arrives. His TECC instruction addresses the unique challenges of providing medical care in high-threat environments, ensuring that participants are prepared for emergencies with both medical knowledge and situational awareness.

In addition to emergency medical training, Dr. Despinasse is passionate about promoting responsible fi****ms ownership and safety. His fi****ms safety courses aim to reduce accidents and promote safe practices among gun owners. He also offers self-defense training and active shooter survival tactics, providing comprehensive education that empowers individuals to respond effectively in dangerous situations.

We were founded in 2020 to address the medical trauma needs of the community in addition to addressing training and education for the fi****ms community. With the rise in fi****ms ownership in the past two years, there’s an increasing need for training, both tactical and medical. Our team at Noir Armory is ready to step into the breach and assist in training medical and tactical skillsets for all skill levels.
