This white paper, jointly developed by the Louisiana State Nurses Association (LSNA) and the Louisiana Organization of Nurse Leaders (LONL), explores how structured Transition-to-Practice (TTP) programs can improve nurse retention, enhance patient safety, and build a more resilient healthcare workforce.
