The Language, Environment and NeuroDevelopment (LEND) Lab and Language Net lab at LSU are looking for families in Louisiana to participate in our most recent research study. Specifically, we are looking for children 5-8 years old and their parents to spend approximately 2 hours helping us with our study.
Children will complete several language assessments with our researchers and learn new words while wearing an cool EEG cap. EEG, which stands for electroencephalography, lets us measure brain data, specifically, the electrical activity of the brain. EEG is non-invasive and sits comfortably on the head.
You will receive $40 for your time and more info about your child's language development.
