We were so happy to join our Louisiana 4-H friends at Ag Magic On The River in St. Bernard Parish today. We are thankful for our partnership and happy to give back by volunteering at amazing programs like this! We also got to greet some of our KO students as Southeast Louisiana schools toured the exhibits!

KO is ecstatic to welcome Joy M. Bruce to our team as Chief Advancement Officer! With over 15 years of nonprofit and youth advocacy experience, Joy shares our belief that when kids come together to find their rhythm, grow their skills, and get in tune with the world around them—great things happen!

Make a joyful noise! In March, Books & Music will introduce the chaotic world of the band classroom. As we read Collen AF Venable's The Oboe Goes Boom Boom, children will learn the names and sounds of instruments while laughing along with the disruptive student who keeps banging on a drum at the wrong time. In addition, participants will dance the "Cha Cha Slide", sample some instruments, and play a name game. As always, Kids' Orchestra staff guarantee learning and laughter in our magical music education library space.
