NexGen Martial Arts is hosting a Personal Safety Class just for Girl Scouts! 💚

Join us for an afternoon of learning real-life skills that help girls feel confident, aware, and prepared — including:
🥋 Self-defense
👀 Stranger danger & personal awareness
💪 Confidence
⭐ Leadership
🧠 Situational awareness

Another amazing region 116 tournament in the books!! This one was extra special as Mr. Kissgen got to be apart of the FIRST to judge team sync at the regional level! 🥋🏅
