Reminder: Wednesday, May 20, is the last day of school for all students. We wish all of our students, families and staff a safe and relaxing summer break. We look forward to welcoming students back on Thursday, Aug. 6, for the first day of the 2026-2027 school year.

📌 Important Reminders:
🚫 No book bags or electronic devices allowed on campus during testing.
⏰ Students must arrive on time and remain at school the entire day.
🍎 Make sure your child eats a healthy breakfast each morning.
😴 Ensure students go to bed early and get plenty of rest
💬 Most importantly, encourage your scholar with positive words each day! Remind them that they are capable, confident, and ready to do their very best.

As we approach Spring Break, we want to remind everyone about the upcoming LEAP testing scheduled for April and May. Please check your student’s school calendar for specific testing dates. To help your child perform their best, we encourage our families to consider the following:

1. Encouragement: Prioritize boosting your child's confidence by praising their good effort, not just the results they achieve.
2. Attendance: Ensure your child is present during the testing window and help them stay organized with their LEAP practice work.
3. Reduce Stress: Encourage physical activity to help alleviate any test-related stress.
4. Challenge Your Student: Dare your student to "Geaux Higher!" and aim to achieve a better score than they did on their previous test.
