I am beyond excited to be rejoining Supernovas Pickleball team this upcoming season of the U.S. Legends Pickleball League. Thank you to team owner Dani Mackey for this wonderful opportunity. Let’s Geaux!!!!

The SuperNovas are proud to welcome Cindy Kuragami - a PPR instructor out of Stacks Pickleball in Baton Rouge, LA, back to the team this season. Cindy is a former Division 1 tennis player (Yale University) and former PGA golf instructor who took up pickleball in January 2024.

She's medaled in several tournaments and most recently took the bronze medal in women’s doubles at 2026 US Open (5.0 50-54 age group). She's the commissioner (and 3-time champ) of her fantasy football league and fosters dogs from her local municipal animal shelter.

Holly Smith and I took on a talented young field—and took home the gold and the prize money at the Louisiana Open this weekend💰 Thanks for playing Holly! What a blast it was to team up with you again!!!

Diana Nguyen and I battled some tough teams to earn silver in the 4.5 women’s division. Great playing Diana! In mixed doubles, Zack Brubaker and I lost to a tough team of Holly Smith and Ethan Martin in the quarterfinals! It was great playing with you Zack! Congrats to all medalists and participants especially my students who are working hard each and everyday! Thanks to Stacks Pickleball for a great event. Thank you to my friends and students who came out to cheer me on. And thanks to Chorus Pickleball for all of the support. Best foam paddle I’ve ever played! And thanks to UDRIPPIN OverGrips for the best grips around.
