The sun with loving light makes bright for me each day. The soul with spirit power gives strength unto my limbs.
In sunlight shining clear, I revere, Creator, the strength of human kind, which thou, in grace has planted in my soul.

These beautiful words from Rudolf Steiner that Waldorf students begin their school day with, echo in my mind often, as a beautiful mantra, in the many moments I take to revere the power of the sun and light.

Happy Spring!

Our curriculum takes students on an experiential learning journey as we dive deeply into a topic with our heads, hearts and hands. We bring the humanities and sciences to life with story, art, movement and student centered projects and come out with a heartfelt appreciation of the subject and an impressive portfolio of work.

All sessions will include instruction in math and writing as well as fine arts with watercolor, charcoal, pastels and clay and handcrafts with wood, wool, and fabric.

We encourage students to join us for all 5 sessions of the year, but welcome all to sign up for individual sessions that best suit them. Timely and consistent attendance is necessary for whatever sessions you commit to.

One of my favorite things as a teacher is witnessing the moment when a kid feels really proud of themselves, when they’ve created or accomplished something. Well earned pride in ones work is a powerful, enlivening force that’s crucial for young people growing into themselves.

I’m looking forward to giving out these badges to Living Earth Scouts who develop these cornerstone outdoor skills with me this fall.

I’m so grateful for these beautifully cool graphics by Juliette from !!!

Enrollment happening now through August 24th.
