Each year, leaders in the community gather together to support the mission of the Lehigh Valley’s first – AND ONLY – recovery high school, get an update on its progress, hear from one of the outstanding business leaders in our community, network with one another, and learn about ways in which the community can help students on their recovery journey.
We are thrilled to welcome John Bailie, Ph.D as our keynote speaker. John, who works at Compass Point, as a Family Business Advisor, helps senior executives learn how to forge stronger relationships, build a dynamic company culture, and strategically deploy their collective strengths. John’s Ph.D. work focused on adult learning and change, and he has taught organizational development at both Columbia University as well as the International Institute for Restorative Practices Graduate School. Through his personal blog, Leading Conflict: How to Fight at Work, John explores leadership, conflict, and culture.
