Congratulations Mr. Stoneking!

LOCAL SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR CHOSEN IASP DISTRICT 10 ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL OF THE YEAR

On Sunday, November 20, 2022, the Indiana Association of School Principals (IASP) will recognize Bradley Stoneking, Principal at Batesville Primary School in Batesville, Indiana, as the 2022 District Elementary Principal from IASP District 10. District 10 is located in southeast Indiana and is made up of Dearborn, Decatur, Fayette, Franklin, Hancock, Jennings, Ripley, Rush, Shelby, and Union Counties. The recognition ceremony is a part of the 2022 Principals of the Year Recognition Celebration, a part of IASP’s annual Fall Professional Conference. The award will be presented at a dinner at the Indianapolis JW Marriott Hotel at 6:00 p.m. with the IASP State President, Matt Shockley, presiding along with Dr. Todd Bess, Executive Director. District Elementary Principals of the Year are elected by their peers. One principal is honored from each of the 12 districts. From these 12 District Elementary Principal winners, one is chosen as the 2022 State Elementary Principal of the Year. The State winner will be announced at the award celebration.

The Indiana Association of School Principals is a not-for-profit, professional association serving over 3300 building-level administrators in the state of Indiana.

This Thursday is our Walk-a-thon!!

Families, this is a reminder that you can still make Walk-a-Thon donations on behalf of students by going to https://bps-walk-a-thon-copy.cheddarup.com.

Please note: We do accept checks made out to BPS as well as cash. Please enclose all checks/cash inside of your student's school-issued envelope. We do ask that all donations are made online and all envelopes are returned by all students this Thursday.

Our annual PTO Walk-a-Thon is just around the corner, and we need your help! Each year, the students enjoy participating in this exciting fundraiser. This year, the top three students with the most donations will be selected to throw a pie in a teacher’s face during a virtual “Pie in the Face”...

We at Affinity Graphics & Tees are excited to say that just over $760.00 was raised for the Batesville Primary School PTO to use as they see fit. It is great to see students, parents and faculty participate at high levels. We look forward to working with you again.

SHOP BPS APPAREL THIS WEEKEND!
Are you looking for more Bulldog and/or BPS apparel?

BPS PTO has once again partnered with Affinity Graphics and Tees here in Batesville to bring some custom Bulldog and BPS apparel to our families. There is a great selection of tees (youth and adult as well as long and short sleeves), sweatshirts and specialty items such as personalized and adjustable youth face mask, water bottles and North Face fleece. Much of the apparel this time around is made for the upcoming cold weather.

You can order BPS apparel by going to https://affinity-graphics.com/bpspto/shop/home. All apparel will be shipped free to BPS, so please plan accordingly if ordering multiple items or you can pay to have shipped to your home. Students will need to transport items home from school the day of arrival.

Our apparel sale will run until the end of the day on Tuesday, September 22nd and apparel should arrive prior to Fall Break.
