ABTΩ had an amazing time at our ABTΩ Makeover Retreat! 💕 We enjoyed powerful presentations, meaningful sisterly time, and plenty of opportunities to reconnect, recharge, and pour into one another.

And of course, we had to add a little fun! 💄✨ A special thank you to our very own Soror Tovonna Bounds for hosting an amazing lip gloss class! 💋

The ABTΩ Connections and Advocate for Social Justice Committees proudly participated in the Panola County Juneteenth Festival, providing voter education and voter registration resources to community members throughout the event. As we commemorated Juneteenth and its significance in the ongoing pursuit of freedom and equality, we were honored to engage residents in meaningful conversations about civic engagement and the importance of exercising the right to vote.

The festival brought together local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to celebrate African American history, culture, and progress while promoting unity and empowerment throughout Panola County.

In addition to supporting the festival, several of our Sisters attended Juneteenth: A Night of Freedom and Soul, hosted by the Oxford Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The evening was a wonderful celebration of culture, heritage, and community, providing an opportunity to reflect on the significance of Juneteenth while enjoying fellowship and entertainment.

Through service, education, and community engagement, ABTO remains committed to uplifting our communities and honoring the legacy of those who paved the way for future generations. ❤️🖤💚

During our June chapter meeting, we proudly celebrated Alpha Beta Tau Omega’s 4th Chapter Anniversary and reflected on four years of service, sisterhood, and impact in our community. We also continued our observance of Black Dollar Days by intentionally supporting Black-owned businesses throughout the month. A special thank you to Mrs. Veronica BrycenandBrooklyn Veronica for creating a delicious and beautiful anniversary cake that helped make our celebration even more memorable. As we celebrate this milestone, we encourage everyone to continue investing in and uplifting Black-owned businesses, not just this month, but year-round. 💕💚

In celebration of Arbor Day, the Enhance Our Environment Committee partnered with YLI to make a lasting impact on our community by planting two trees at Como Technical School. This meaningful project highlighted the importance of environmental stewardship and investing in a greener future for generations to come.

A special thank you to ABTΩ Sisters Brenda and Anterior for their leadership and dedication in facilitating a successful Arbor Day celebration. Their efforts helped create a fun, educational, and impactful experience for all involved as we worked together to enhance and beautify our environment. 💕💚🌳
