Senior Spotlight!!
Meet BHSC Senior Gabrielle Greenfield!
Gabrielle has spent 7 years in EAST, including 2 years working on the Yearbook, making the most of her time in the program. Her favorite EAST memory is spending collaboration days playing games and getting to know everyone in the class better, proving that sometimes the best parts of EAST are the friendships and fun moments along the way. After graduation, Gabrielle plans to attend Arkansas State University this fall where she will major in Biology. Her advice for future EAST students: “EAST is supposed to be a fun experience and a way to help the community, so don’t get stressed or overwhelmed.”

Meet BHSC Senior Jackson Treadway!
Jackson has been a part of EAST for the past three years and has also contributed to the yearbook staff during his junior and senior years. One of his favorite EAST memories is designing the sports pages for last year’s yearbook, where he was able to combine creativity with school spirit. After graduation, Jackson plans to attend A-State to continue his education. His advice to new EAST students is simple but valuable: “Be prepared and plan ahead.”

Meet BHSC Senior Tiffany Wood!
Tiffany has spent 3 years in EAST. Outside of EAST, she is involved in FCCLA. One of her favorite EAST memories is getting to meet new people each year, working with different classmates, and learning about them and their projects. After graduation, Tiffany plans to attend college to study either photography or business. Tiffany’s advice to new EAST students: “Don’t be afraid to branch out and work with new people, even if it’s scary to do.”

Meet BHSC Senior Claire Brooks!
Claire has been in EAST for 3 years and spent 2 of those on the yearbook staff. Outside of EAST, she’s also involved in theatre. One of her favorite memories is finishing the 2026 yearbook and seeing all the hard work come together. After graduation, she plans to go into an RN program. Her advice to new EAST students: “Don’t rush your work if you do it fast, make sure it’s right.”

Senior Spotlight!⚡

Meet BHSC Senior Carson Hillis!
Carson has been involved in EAST for the past two years and has also contributed to the yearbook staff during that time. One of his favorite memories from EAST is celebrating the completion of the yearbook with the team at their breakfast party after all the hard work was finished. After graduation, Carson plans to attend UACCB for two years to complete his general education before pursuing a degree in Music in Worship at either Trevecca University or Ouachita Baptist University. His advice for new EAST students is to listen to everyone’s ideas and collaborate, rather than focusing only on your own

Meet BHSC Senior George Falwell!
George Falwell has spent 2 years in EAST, making the most of his time in the program while also contributing 2 years to the yearbook staff. Although he hasn’t been part of the Conference or Leadership Team, George has stayed actively involved around campus through tennis, Beta, NEHS, and Student Council. One of his favorite EAST memories is the yearbook breakfast, a fun and memorable experience with friends. After graduation, George plans to attend the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and continue working toward his future. George’s advice to new EAST students: “Don’t slack off and do what Ms. Campbell says!”

Senior Spotlight!! 💯

Meet BHSC Senior Hayden Taylor!
Hayden has spent 9 years in EAST and has served on the EAST Conference Presentation Team (2022–2023) and as a Video Editor on the Leadership Team (2024–2026). He’s active across campus as Beta Club VP of PR, Student Council Representative, FBLA Parliamentarian, NEHS Treasurer, an EAST Student Contributor, and a Quiz Bowl member. His favorite memories include a close encounter with a charging rhino at the Little Rock Zoo during a Make48 trip and giving a TED-Ed Talk at EASTcon26 about growth and taking risks. After graduation, Hayden plans to attend Belmont University to study broadcast journalism and English, with future goals in entertainment law and starting a nonprofit. His advice: “If you’re comfortable in EAST, you’re not taking full advantage of it—take the risks, even the ones where you might fail, because that’s how you grow and find new ways to succeed.”

Meet BHSC Senior Brayden Johnson!
Brayden Johnson has spent 9 years in EAST and served on the Leadership Team from ’23–’26. One of his favorite EAST memories was recording the “what not to do” video at the 2025 EAST Leadership Retreat. After graduation, Brayden plans to attend OU to pursue aviation management and continue working toward a career in the aviation industry. Brayden’s advice to underclassmen: “Don’t take EAST too seriously, your project always turns out better when you have fun.”

Senior Spotlight! 👏
Meet Senior Gwen Goodwin!
She has been in EAST for 9 years and served on the Conference Team in 2021 and again from 2024–2026. Outside of EAST, she stays busy with Quiz Bowl, FBLA (as Co-President), NEHS (as Public Relations Officer), and Beta. One of her favorite memories is a trip to the Little Rock Zoo in the middle of winter, where her team bundled up for project research—she was freezing, but it was worth it, especially with a close encounter with a rhino. Another favorite was her junior-year project, where her group turned a promotional video into a murder mystery about the “disappearance” of Mrs. Campbell. After graduation, Gwen plans to attend Harding University and major in Integrated Marketing and Communication. Her advice to new EAST students: “Don’t be afraid to try new things and step out of your comfort zone. Call your community partners, try new software, and apply to as many competitions as possible. Take pictures of every step—you’ll regret it if you don’t!”

Our BHSC Senior Maggie Price!
Maggie has spent 10 years in EAST and joined Yearbook this past year, even representing her program at the EAST Conference in 2014, 2021–22, and 2025! She stays busy across campus as a member of the tennis, basketball, and softball teams, while also serving as a captain of the volleyball team. Maggie is deeply involved in school leadership as part of Beta Club, Student Council, NEHS, and as the Senior Class Vice President. Her favorite EAST memory is attending EAST Conference last year and convincing Mr. Cox to read a list of brainrot for a TikTok video. After graduation, Maggie plans to attend Harding University and major in Multimedia Journalism, with future plans in music production. Her advice to other students: “Don’t be afraid to pitch a project. Just because it hasn’t been said yet doesn’t mean that it won’t improve the community.”

Senior Spotlight! 🌟

Meet BHSC Senior Sam Smith!
Sam has spent 9 years in EAST and represented the program on the Conference Team in ’19 and ’23–’26. While working on his EAST project, you could find him staying active in swim and tennis. One of his favorite EAST memories is singing songs with Mr. Cox on the bus ride to conference is definitely a trip to remember! After graduation, Sam plans to attend Ozarka College in Melbourne, AR to pursue a degree in Commercial Pilot and take his future to the skies. Sam’s advice to underclassmen: “Listen to and understand Mrs. Campbell because she is actually one of the greatest teachers at the high school.”

Our BHSC Senior Hayden Cox!
Hayden has spent 7 years in EAST and represented the program on the Conference Team in ’21–’22 and ’25–’26. Outside of EAST, he stays involved in choir where serves as the Public Relations Secretary. One of his favorite EAST memories was getting to hunt down fire hydrants with Mrs. Campbell during his freshman year. After graduation, Hayden plans to attend UACCB for a year to earn his associate’s degree before transferring to UARK to pursue a degree in political science. Hayden’s advice to underclassmen: “Any of your talents can be turned into a project, so don’t be afraid to explore your opportunities!”
