Lifelong Learning Center - Lexington School District Three

At the Lifelong Learning Center, we provide a wide range of services in Adult Education. A writing component is contained in Science and Reading-Language Arts.

We offer classes for those who are a few courses short of obtaining a high school diploma, as well as classes for those interested in obtaining a HSED/GED or for those adults seeking Skills Enhancement who already possess a high school credential. We also offer ESL classes for adults seeking to build upon their English language skills. We design our classes along Career Pathways in compliance with

the federal regulations of the Workforce and Innovation Opportunity Act. Instruction is provided in Certified Nursing Assistant, WIN, English for Speakers of Other Languages, Digital Literacy, Paraprofessional and Substitute training and more. We continue to expand our partnerships with the Workforce Development Board, SC Works, SC Voc Rehab, post-secondary education institutions, and local employers. Parenting and Family Literacy are extremely important components of the Lifelong Learning Center. Through our partnership with Lexington County First Steps, we are able to offer assistance with child development, parenting skills, and literacy. For those students seeking to complete a high school equivalency diploma (GED), the staff at the LLC can assist. The GED assessment consists of four tests in English, Math, Social Studies and Science. You are invited to visit or call us at any time. The program is open to all children ages 18 and under. Each participating child will receive seven breakfasts and seven lunches during each weekly pick-up event.

🇺🇸 Summer Meal Program Update 🇺🇸

Due to the Independence Day holiday, there will be no Summer Meal Program pick-ups this week.

Meal distribution will resume on Thursday, July 9th from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. in the Batesburg-Leesville Elementary School bus loop. Please note that participants must be in line by 10:00 a.m. to receive meals.
