Join us THIS WEDNESDAY for our first dine to donate of the school year from 12 PM–9 PM at sweetFrog Premium Frozen Yogurt located between LaRosa’s and Jungle Jim’s!

25% OF ALL SALES WILL BE DONATED TO WILLOWVILLE PTO!

And Warriors, there’s one VERY important thing you need to remember:
💛 BRING YOUR BRIGHT YELLOW FLYER! 💛

The flyers are being sent home with students this week, and you MUST bring the flyer with you for your purchase to count toward our fundraiser. No flyer = no donation to the PTO.

So dig through those backpacks, stick that flyer in your car, put it on the counter—whatever it takes to make sure you have it Wednesday!

Come grab some froyo, enjoy a sweet treat, and help us raise some money for our Willowville students while you’re at it!

How are we doing, Warrior parents?! Getting back into the grind of back-to-school is TOUGH. Am I right?

Between setting those alarms again, all the shopping, bus app woes, drop-off confusion, and learning yet another new app, we’re hoping things have finally started to settle into those happy, back-to-routine smiles!

Our Warriors are back to making new friends, learning new skills, and getting into the swing of another great school year.

Psst… we don’t know if you’ve heard, but we NEED business Walkathon sponsors! 👀

Consider this your LAST CALL! We need all sponsorship donations by THIS SATURDAY so we can get our banners, shirts, and all the other Walkathon goodies ready for Warrior the Wolfpup’s FAVORITE event of the year!

The Walkathon is our ONE AND ONLY fundraiser for the entire school year, helping us provide amazing experiences and support for our Willowville Warriors. Sponsorships range from $100 to $1,000, and we would absolutely love the opportunity to support and spotlight YOUR business in return!

ICYMI, our fearless leader, Mrs. Hiler, sent out some important morning arrival reminders in ParentSquare.

Starting tomorrow, there are a few adjustments to help keep morning traffic moving safely and efficiently:

⏰ If you’re able, please arrive AFTER 9:15 a.m. This will help prevent long lines and keep traffic from backing up onto Schoolhouse Road.

🚌 The side entrance is for BUSES ONLY. Cars should not use the side entrance for drop-off or arrival. Please use the designated car arrival route and follow the directions of our staff.

📅 Preschool starts next week! Preschool families will be dropping off between 9:05–9:10 a.m. Arriving at 9:15 or later will help keep those early-morning drop-off times from creating additional backups.

🚙 Afternoon pick-up has NOT changed. We will continue using two pick-up lines.

We know morning drop-off can sometimes feel like a carefully choreographed episode of Survivor: Schoolhouse Road, but a little patience and teamwork go a long way! Don't make me come back with my bullhorn 😉

Thank you for following the procedures, listening to our staff, and helping us keep traffic moving and, most importantly, our Warriors safe!

🚨 DROP OFF GUIDELINES 🚨

We know mornings can be a little hectic, but keeping our Warriors safe is non-negotiable. Please follow these drop-off rules every morning:

• SINGLE LINE, PLEASE: All vehicles must stay in one single line along the designated drop-off zone. No passing, cutting around, or pulling around stopped vehicles. We promise—you’ll get there!

• RIGHT SIDE ONLY: Students must exit the vehicle from the passenger (right) side ONLY. This keeps our Warriors safely away from moving traffic.

• STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE: Please remain in your vehicle while in the drop-off line. Our goal is to keep traffic moving safely and smoothly.

• NEED TO GET OUT? PARK IT! If your child needs help getting out, you need to unbuckle a car seat, or you need to step out for ANY reason, please pull into a designated parking space. The drop-off line is not the place for pit stops.

• DOORS OPEN AT 9:20 AM: Please keep your child safely inside your vehicle until staff begin welcoming students into the building at 9:20 AM. We know everyone is ready to get inside, but arriving early doesn’t mean we can open the doors early.

’Twas the night before school, and all through the halls,
Not a Warrior was stirring, not even wolfpup paws.
The classrooms were ready, the desks lined just right,
As Willowville prepared, oh what a great sight!

The backpacks were packed and the new shoes were tied,
With butterflies fluttering deep down inside.
From kindergarten through fifth grade, the Warriors were near,
Ready to start another fantastic school year!

Mrs. Hiler was strategizing, her plans all in place,
And Mrs. Patterson was prepared with a smile on her face.
The teachers were ready, with lessons to share,
And excitement and kindness were filling the air.

Mrs. Sears was all set and ready to go,
Mrs. Ostrander had plans for her Warriors to grow.
Miss Caldwell was ready to welcome them too,
With plenty of learning and fun things to do!

And somewhere nearby, in the office with a grin,
Mrs. Poynter was ready to welcome them in.
The school would be buzzing from morning till night,
With Warriors learning and doing things right.

But wait! Before everyone rushes through the door,
There’s one little detail to know just a little more:

If your last name begins with A through M,
Tuesday is your day, we can’t wait to see you then!

If your last name begins with N through Z,
Wednesday’s your day, how exciting will it be?

And then on Thursday, the whole crew will unite,
All of our Warriors together, what a wonderful sight!

So sharpen those pencils, get ready to learn,
There are friendships to make and new skills to earn.
Bring your biggest smile and your Warrior pride,
There’s a whole new adventure waiting inside.

So sleep tight, little Warriors, and dream big tonight,
Tomorrow begins something wonderful and bright.
A new year is waiting, with memories to make,
With challenges to conquer and friendships to take.

So here’s to new teachers, new friends, and new cheer,
To laughter and learning throughout the whole year.
