The Preschool Lottery at the Early Childhood Center at Alice Gustafson Elementary School is now open! If you live in the BPS101 District Boundaries and have a child who will be 3 or 4 by September 1, 2026, enter the lottery for a spot in our program. Batavia Public School District 101’s Early Childhood Center offers a preschool program for children with and without special needs. 🌟 A Joyful Send-Off at the Early Childhood Center!🌟
On Monday, our littlest learners and their families joined us for a heartwarming Celebration of Learning at the Early Childhood Center! Every classroom was filled with curiosity, creativity, and laughter.
One of our favorite moments? Watching Superintendent Kim hop into a toy canoe and paddle down an imaginary river with a student! 🚣‍♂️💛 It was a beautiful reminder of how play and connection power early learning.
Thank you to our amazing ECC staff for creating a joyful and meaningful experience for our students and families. The future is bright in BPS101!

The EC at Alice Gustafson Elementary School hosted a Gingerbread Jamboree today! The day was filled with gingerbread-themed math, literacy, and crafts. Thank you to the EC staff for creating such a fun event for students and families.

📣It was the First Day of School for these Bitty Bulldogs at Batavia Early Childhood at Alice Gustafson Elementary School. It takes a lot of courage to step out of those vehicles. Let's give them a BIG BPS101 welcome to the 2024-25 school year!

The Early Childhood Center will hold its open house for registered students on Wednesday, August 14th, at 10:15 a.m. for morning students and 12:45 p.m. for afternoon students. Please join us to meet the teachers and EC Staff.
