We’ve been learning about rhyming words- which is such an important concept for reading and spelling. Today we made our own Green Eggs and Ham to taste! Yum!

Today we reinforced the letter “B” with a balloon day outside. Some students showed great empathy and “Bucket Filling” behavior by sharing their balloon with a friend whose balloon had popped! So proud of these students! ❤️

The Davis Academy will be offering Texas History next fall. The class will be appropriate for 6th-8th graders and will focus at times on the specific role Bastrop played in Texas History. Fridays 9:00 - 10:30.
