More summer learning taking place for our campus leaders. Ms. Wallace and Officer Glenn are collaborating with other administrators, mental health professionals, and law enforcement agencies at the Texas School Safety Conference. They’re working to ensure that COE is not only the place to be but a safer place to be for us all.

STAAR Scores are now available for 3rd-5th Grade Reading & Math (5th Grade Science will be available in a few weeks). Our campus saw HUGE growth and we are so proud of ALL of our Cougars ⭐️ 🙌

STAAR Results for Grades 3–8 Available Now! 📢

Bastrop ISD families can now access their student’s STAAR results through Skyward Family Access. After logging in, select **District Links** and then **TEA ASSESSMENT (student name)** to view detailed results, including strengths, areas for growth, and resources to support learning at home.

STAAR is one of many ways we measure student learning. We encourage families to review results and use this information to help support their child’s continued success.

ℹ️ Currently, scores for 5th and 8th-grade Science are not available, but should be posted by July 31.

Do you ever wonder what your principal and assistant principal do over the summer? Well, Mrs. Kisamore and Ms. Wallace are at the Texas Elementary Principal and Supervisors Association Conference this week, learning how we can continue to make COE the place to be for our students and staff

This year, our Cougars logged 639,470 minutes of reading during our first year of using Beanstack! We want to keep up the strong love for reading over the summer. The district has started a Read Across Bastrop initiative for summer reading. Follow the QR code to log time, and we will recognize top readers and schools.

And here are some of our kiddos who received free books from the vending machine for their behavior at the end of the school year.
