Our last Friday art class of 2025 ended with a bang… and the lights out.
We lost power but didn’t lose our creative spirit. The kids kept painting and the room filled with magical lights thanks to the amazing hero parents who jumped in with flashlights and lanterns to save the night.
So grateful for this community, these resilient little artists, and the reminder that creativity doesn’t need perfect conditions to shine. ✨🎨

Where spooky meets spectacular! Thank you to all the young artists who attended our Halloween Sugar Skulls canvas painting workshop on 10/18. They brought these sugar skulls to life with bold color and creativity — a perfect blend of Halloween fun and Día de los Mu***os inspiration.

That’s what my 3rd–6th graders discovered as they dove into Jim Dine’s world of everyday objects made extraordinary. These are just a few examples…..but honestly all 15 of them turned out AMAZING!!

Why Wee Little Arts
Wee Little Arts is the dream of Melissa Bradshaw, an award-winning art teacher. Melissa saw that today’s children were losing creativity, problem solving and social skills. Our mission is to open children’s minds to the power of a creative thinking. We take our young artist through a process oriented approach to art.
Wee Little Arts gives a voice to children who are looking to express themselves. Art is a freeing experience that allows us to show the most beautiful side of ourselves. Art lets us bring joy and beauty to the world. What we express through art is so much more than colors or strokes on a canvas. It could lead us to an untold story. Art allows us to look at the world through different eyes. A universe of ideas could be sparked through the stroke of a brush.
Children and art are our passion. The young artist you register might have an experience that could change his or her life and make the world a better place for all.
