THIS IS ME. ❤️
Eight artists. Eight completely different interpretations. Each one unmistakably their own.
I am so incredibly proud of my middle school artists and the work they created through this process.
These neurographic-inspired self-portraits became so much more than an exploration of line, color, and pattern. As the students allowed their lines to travel, intersect, and evolve, their portraits gradually emerged. There was no single “right” outcome—the process was about making choices, responding to what was happening on the page, and allowing their own visual voices to take over.
What I loved most was watching how much they embraced the process. They experimented, took risks, made unexpected discoveries, and truly made the work their own.
And they genuinely loved creating them—which made me love this project even more.
So proud of these artists and what they created. ❤️
