Hey everyone! I'm back after a hiatus and ready to take on new students!

So for the first problem in a while:
what digit occurs most frequently between 0 and 1000?

today's problem:

jack can wash a car in three hours and sally in two. how long does it take them together to wash one car?

Okay! Today's problem (an old classic):

Farmer Jeff has a fox, a goose, and a bale of hay he needs to get across the river and a boat which can only hold him and one of the three. The fox cannot be left alone with the goose and the goose cannot be left alone with the hay lest nature take its course and the goose get eaten by the fox or the hay by the goose. How does he get all three across the river?

if six men can cut down six trees in six minutes, how long does it take five men to cut down five trees?
