My heart is SO full tonight. 💚✨
Brady, Remi & Rex came to visit us at the Healthy Bar today{missed you Bre😔}, and it was another reminder that Basehor Nutrition is about so much more than shakes and teas. 🥤💚 It’s about the relationships, connections, love, and community that have grown inside these walls. 🫶

Today was one of those days where I just kept thinking… ONLY GOD. 🙏✨

The conversations. The people who walked through the door at just the right time. The connections that were made. I don’t believe in coincidences ~I believe in divine appointments. 💫

And there is SO much stirring right now! 🌱🔥 Next week I’ll be meeting with some amazing women to dream, plan, and prepare for ways we can move forward, spread kindness, connect people, and pour even more love into our community. 🤍

I don’t have all the words yet… I just know something beautiful is growing. 🌱✨

Tonight I’m sitting in a BIG space of gratitude + joy for every person, every conversation, every hug, every connection, and every God moment. 💚🙏
