"When I say to you,
‘You are lovely’,
you do not believe me,
because of the blemishes
you know so intimately;
but those blemishes are the scars
of your sufferings
and they shine out of your soul,
radiating beauty,
the way the daisies do
in the long summer grasses.
So when I say to you.
‘Even with closed eyes,
I still see how beautiful you are’
it is true.
Believe it.
Believe it.”

Deep creativity goes beyond a process - it enables you to showcase your unique voice to the world. Recently, I had the honor of another professional photo shoot with 11ElevenCreative.com. Once again, Hefferon worked his magic. A special thank you to him and CJ for another original adventure!

What is your hashtag when faced with an obstacle? How do you feel when confronted with an obstacle? Often the answer lays within the problem. For example, people who are resistance to change are creating an hashtag . When this happens, can you meet them where they are because it is at the moment, the problem is the solution.
Please share your thoughts.

When I mention the word balance regarding your organization, what does it mean to you? I am not talking about work-life balance or sales and production. While important areas, I want to discuss a different way to look at balance.

Part of the root cause of imbalance is being divided and unaligned rather than trying to gain an understanding of differing perspectives.
