The Liberty PTO would like to send a HUGE thank you to all of our amazing parents and families who donated goodies for our teachers and staff! ❤️ Special shoutout and thank you to Christine Block for the amazing signs.

Thanks to your generosity, our staff lounge is fully stocked and ready to go for the first day! 🍿☕🍫🥤 We hope it gives our incredible teachers and staff a little extra boost as they kick off a brand-new school year!

To all of our Liberty students — we are wishing you an AMAZING first day of school! 🌟 Make new friends, learn something new, have fun, and make lots of wonderful memories!

And once again, THANK YOU to everyone who donated! Your generosity and support mean so much and are a wonderful way to start the school year! 💙

Dear Liberty Families,
WOW! What a great night at Liberty! 💙
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our New Family Meet & Greet tonight! We welcomed more than 50 new families into our Liberty community—and 41 of our new students were Kindergarteners! We loved meeting so many new faces, showing you around the building, and helping our students feel a little more comfortable before the first day of school.
A HUGE thank you to our PTO and Right At School for joining us tonight and helping welcome our families. I also want to give a special shout-out to Mr. Berger, Ms. Alvarado, Ms. Simons, and the AMAZING OFFICE STAFF for helping with tours, ice pops, and making sure our newest Liberty families felt right at home! ❤️
📚 Next Up: School Supply Drop-Off!Don't forget that our School Supply Drop-Off is Monday, August 24, in your child's assigned classroom!

Dear Liberty Families,
We are so excited to welcome our NEW Liberty students and families tonight from 5:00–7:00 PM! 💙 And yes—we are still planning to have our event rain or shine!
☀️ If It Is NOT Raining:Please meet us at the BIG playground in the back of Liberty.
🌧️ If It IS Raining:We will move everything inside to the Liberty Gym. Please enter through Door 12, located off the visitor parking lot.
The purpose of tonight is simple—we want our new students to walk into Liberty feeling a little more comfortable, confident, and excited about their new school!
Throughout the evening, I will be joined by several Liberty staff members to take families on small-group tours of the building. While you wait for your tour, you'll have an opportunity to meet representatives from our PTO and Right At School—and, of course, we'll have popsicles for our students and families! 🍧
Your tour will end in our main office, where you'll have an opportunity to connect with our secretaries and school nurse and make sure any necessary paperwork is ready for the start of school.
And we can't let our newest Liberty students leave empty-handed! 📚 Every student who attends tonight will go home with a book to add to their at-home library!
We are SO excited to meet you and officially welcome you to the Liberty family!

Tomorrow August 13 from 5 to 7 is our kindergarten and new student play date! Students and families will also get a building tour and go home with a book for their at home libraries! There will be also an opportunity to buy liberty spirit wear from our PTO!!! The nurse and secretaries will be available for any paperwork or questions you have as well! See you on the blacktop tomorrow!

Kindergarten Liberty students have two opportunities next week at the school! August 12 is a practice bus ride at 12, and August 13 is a play date at the park and a building tour with the principal! (New families in 1st-5th grade can attend this too!)
