A.M.S. band. Bartlett,Tennessee Appling Middle School Band Boosters welcome and encourage all band parents and friends of the AMS Band to become active in our Band Boosters.

All band parents and friends of the AMS Band are welcome and encouraged to become active in the Band Booster organization of Appling Middle School. This group is dedicated to supporting our AMS Band Students. We could not be successful without all the help, time and support of our wonderful AMS Band Booster members. Meetings are usually every 1--2 months to discuss ideas and upcoming events and sh

ould be an hour or less. Duties of the band boosters include such things as chaperoning, helping with fundraising activities, organizing the awards banquet, uniforms, and serving on various committees. We need several volunteers to head committees in these areas. Continued success of the band program depends on volunteer efforts of many working together as a TEAM = Together Everyone Achieves MORE!! There are a wide variety of volunteer opportunities. Thank you for your great support!

🎺 A newly proposed tariff on brass-wind instruments and accessories could make it even harder for music programs and families to afford the instruments students need.

💻Submit a public comment by August 27 and reach out directly to your members of Congress to oppose the proposed tariff.
