When I was thinking about this year, I started feeling like I didn’t do enough, like I didn’t make the progress I wanted. I sat down and really looked back at everything I’ve done this year, I realized I’ve accomplished so much more than I gave myself credit for.
From launching my own coaching business to balancing motherhood, sobriety, and personal growth, this year has been a journey of progress, not perfection.
Here’s a look at what I’m most proud that I’ve achieved this year:
📌 Celebrated 15 years at my full time job.
📌 Built my own brand and started my company, Jamie Harding Nutrition Coaching.
📌 Launched the Balance Over Burnout Bundle to help perimenopausal moms.
📌 Developed the S.T.R.I.V.E. Method to make fat loss simple and sustainable.
📌 Earned a new macro nutrition certification and currently working on a functional nutrition certification to better serve my clients.
📌 Celebrated 3+ years sober.
📌 Said “yes” when invited to things (IYKYK 🤣)
📌 Also, said “no” more.
📌 Built new friendships and rekindled older ones.
📌 Set boundaries and stuck to them even when I was frowned upon for it. 🤷🏼♀️
📌 Balanced motherhood, health, and working full time while supporting my boys’ in karate and baseball.
It hasn’t been easy, but looking back, I’m so proud of every step I’ve taken.
If you’re feeling like you haven’t done enough this year, take a moment to reflect. Chances are, you’ve accomplished more than you think.
