School start times have been adjusted due to Senate Bill 1481, which doubles the required daily recess time for elementary students from 20 minutes to 40 minutes, effective next school year. Free meals are being offered at Hoover Elementary to children 18 and under during summer break. Children do not have to be BPS students to participate.

Breakfast from 7:45-9:15 a.m.
Lunch from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
