Finishing up some of our woodworking projects for the auction. The students have been working very hard on these projects. Come support the program at our annual auction May 9th.

Greenhouse class made some beautiful arrangements for the Scholars Banquet last week.

At the Health and Wellness Fair FFA members talked to kids about where their food comes from, some products/by products we get from plants and animals, did pin the tail on the farm animal, and gave kids the opportunity to plant their own pumpkin or watermelon to take home and grow.

The Annual Banquet and Auction are next month. The FFA is providing our marinated pork chops and are asking guests to bring a side.

Western FFA Alumni will be selling pork chops tonight at the softball game. Come show your support for the FFA and cheer on the Lady Wildcats.

Animal Science class learned about fat particles in milk. They got to see how the different amounts of fat in whole, 2%, and skim milk looked different.
