Someone told me my training post pictures were very serious so I thought I post a few that are not! Look I’m smiling 😜. Today’s training : 1500yd swim and a 60 minute bike. Had to cut the bike short by 15 minutes to fit it into my schedule today- but that’s what it takes! 💪

49 minute tempo run with this guy this morning! Unfortunately, I had to have Kylie come pick him up half way through. He’s almost 10 years old! He still loved it!
