MTSS- A Road Map for Improvement and Continuous Success

Jamie and I are so excited to be back working together in White River SU. Our opening day focused on reviewing the road map to success which included a goal about MTSS. 1 system with multiple supports.

We are looking forward to having our July group on site this week to see our MTSS in action!

It has been a busy week rolling out our universal assessments for reading and math for grades K-10! These assessments help us set goals for all students and identify students in need of extra support or enrichment. One of our teachers, Brooke is explaining to us today how she is feeling using our newly introduced Mood Meter at WMHS. The balance of academic and social emotional is critical to our success!

Learning happens everywhere in Williamstown Schools. We just purchased booths and high tables for our cafeteria at WMHS. This has created a calm environment and it has never been cleaner! Our outdoor classroom is truly magical and we hope you have a chance to visit when visitors are here in October.

Williamstown Middle High School walked into their school on the first day seeing this message. It is all about relationships.

We were excited to open schools with students in Williamstown today! Jamie is welcoming students back at WES and talking about the Blue Devil Way! We hope you have a great start to your school year.
