Link Crew will be welcoming incoming freshman to Quabbin Regional High School. Link Crew is a group of Juniors and Seniors that help freshmen transition into high school. We will be spending a good portion of the first day of school, Monday, August 31st with freshmen setting them up for success in the high school years. Freshmen should wear comfortable clothing for the day. Freshmen will not need any school supplies that day.

Upon arrival, freshmen should head to the cafeteria.

Many students and families are anxious to access the Aspen Portal to view schedules and updated information. We apologize that all the accounts will show they have expired while we make the updates necessary to ensure the information will be accurate.

You will receive an email when the accounts become active, and schedules are posted.

Please keep in mind the posted schedule will be the true schedule to follow, not the one previously mailed.

We hope to have this up and running no later than Monday.

Again, you will receive an email notifying you when you are able to access the portal.

Students in GRADE 6 will receive schedules at orientation along with instructions and password for the portal.

Requests for access or password changes will not be addressed until the portal is open, and may take several days.

5TH ANNUAL NATIONAL NIGHT OUT!!!!

We invite all families in the Quabbin Region to join us for an evening of FREE fun and games at Quabbin Regional Middle/High School on Tuesday, August 4th from 4:00 - 7:00pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to come meet our local police, fire and emergency personnel from all 5 towns of the district, and explore the trucks, cars and equipment they use every day. Other trucks and equipment from local companies that serve our community will also be here for kids to learn more about. Local sports teams, scouting troops, dance and theater companies, libraries, after school child care programs and other youth activity groups will be here to tell you all about the opportunities available for you and your family.

Hot dogs, pop corn, cotton candy, cookies, ice cream and more will be available as well.

We look forward to having you join us for this fun, FREE, event!

Hello Families,

If you are looking for a way to feed your kids nutritious meals all summer long, look no further! With the school year ending, free Summer Eats meals will soon begin. Quabbin's Summer Food Service Program starts on July 6th and will run through August 13th. All kids and teens 18 and under can eat meals for free, no sign up required, no questions asked. Just show up at the site during the times listed below throughout the summer.

Free lunch will be available at the following:

Quabbin Middle High School Cafeteria
800 South St. Barre, MA 01005
Summer Food Service Program:

The Quabbin program will run Monday through Thursday, every week from July 6th to August 13th. Lunch is available any time from 10:00am-12:30pm

Please note: All meals must be consumed on-site and cannot be taken to-go per MA law. Shoes are required for entry into the building.

In addition to these sites and times, there are hundreds of Summer Eats meal sites across MA. Visit https://projectbread.org/summereats to find additional locations near you.

Another great summer resource available this year is SUN Bucks (Summer EBT) which is a federal food benefit that helps low-income families with school-aged children buy food when schools are closed for the summer. Start your application here.

The Class of 2026 will celebrate their graduation this Friday, June 5th, at 5:30 p.m. As our graduates take their next steps—collectively attending over 100 different colleges, enlisting in the military, entering the workforce, and pursuing post-graduate training—we could not be prouder. We wish each of them the absolute best in all their future endeavors!
