“Fear is like carrying around an umbrella on a beautiful day”
How many things have you passed up because you were too scared of what the outcome “might be”?
How many times have you been considering taking a risk for something you really want in your life but you literally feel a pit in your stomach just THINKING about it?
When you start dreaming big you start fearing big too! But that’s actually GREAT!
Why? Because you get to lean into that fear and tell it to shut the F up and sit the F down!! It is so liberating debunking a fear, and here’s how you can do it:
💫 Feel the fear, grab your magnifying glass and take a good hard look at it. Get to know it inside & out and even write it down if you feel called to!
💫 Ask yourself “what’s the worst case scenario?” Is it life threatening? Are you going to die if that worst case scenario happens?
💫 Now ask yourself “what’s the BEST case scenario?” Spend a moment in the magic of all that’s possible!
💫 Finally, ask yourself “what would my life look like if I didn’t do this?” And “am I going to regret not taking this chance when the opportunity is no longer available or I’m old and my life is coming to an end?”
💫 Finish this off by closing your eyes, taking a deep breath, acting as if that fear doesn’t exist for a moment, and asking yourself, your angels, and your intuition if you should do it. It SHOULD feel scary! That means you’re dreaming BIG and stretching yourself! And if you’re meant to do it, your intuition will tell you yes ❤️
