Meet Mary Ann Conrad!

Mary Ann has been involved with the Wilkin County Fair for more than 25 years, dedicating her time because she believes in helping make our fair successful for the entire community. Her years of commitment have helped shape the fair into what it is today, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything she does.

A few fun facts about Mary Ann:
💚 Loves playing pickleball, walking, reading, and bird watching
☕ Favorite coffee: French Vanilla Cappuccino
🍴 Favorite restaurant: The Wilkin Drink & Eatery
🍰 Favorite treat: Special K Bars and salty caramels
📺 Favorite TV shows: Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune
🌷 Favorite season: Spring (especially Easter!)
🌞 Proud morning person
🐶 Has a Scottish Terrier named Piper
🏁 Fun fact: She used to race snowmobiles!

Today we said our final goodbyes to our co-worker and friend, Sheila Carlson. It was a beautiful service @ Our Savior’s Lutheran Church with Pastor Ali Haugerud officiating.
Thank you to all retirees that were able to attend and those that contributed to our group memorial.
Rest easy old friend. You will be missed✝️💟💙
