Join us Saturday, June 8 for Woof-A-Palooza, an outdoor dance party supply drive for 4 Luv of Dog Rescue! We will be out in the courtyard behind GF2 dancing away with your favorite dance fitness instructors from 9:30 - 11:00AM.

We just ask that you bring new or gently used pet supplies to donate to the shelter. See you there!

Oh my it's been a while!! I hope everyone is enjoying the weather. I have some exciting news.

Starting Tuesday 6/4 @ 6:45pm Pound classes at Family Wellness Fargo will be held outside (weather permitting) for the summer. So come drum with me outside.

I will be sharing posts of upcoming events with all the details so you can join in the fun and not only Pound with me, but also check out other group fitness classes.
